1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Zivvvo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Zivvvo is an offline-first practice application for the Zimbabwe VID provisional licence examination. It provides:

• Multiple-choice practice questions based on Zimbabwe road rules
• AI-powered explanations of driving concepts
• Progress tracking and adaptive learning
• Optional cloud sync via Google sign-in

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this App. By using Zivvvo, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account and Authentication

Zivvvo uses Google sign-in for optional cloud sync. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorised use

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All question content, explanations, and educational material in Zivvvo are proprietary. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute question content
• Extract questions from the App for use in other products
• Share session data that could expose question content

Your Data

You retain full ownership of your learning data. You may export or delete your data at any time through the App settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the question bank
• Use automated tools to interact with the App
• Interfere with the App's security features
• Use the App to misrepresent your exam readiness to authorities

7. AI Features

Zivvvo offers AI-powered explanations as an optional feature. These explanations:

• Are generated by third-party AI models and may contain errors
• Should be verified against official Zimbabwe VID study material
• Are provided for educational purposes only
• Require an active internet connection

You must explicitly opt in to AI features. Your questions are sent to our server for processing but are not stored permanently.

8. Payments

Premium features may require payment through our supported payment gateway (Paynow). All payments are processed securely by the payment provider. We do not store your payment information.

9. Disclaimer

Zivvvo is a study aid and does not guarantee passing the VID provisional licence examination. Questions in the App are practice material and may not exactly match the official examination. Always refer to official Zimbabwe VID materials for the most current information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zivvvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may also stop using the App at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
